The Panopticon

The Pupil in the center of the I
The panopticon scans the Radius,
 moving thru The zodiacal degrees
Manifest as decrees
The retinue residing in the Retina 
Sending the signals
That beget the celestial
Optical Illusion
The Prisoners of the Watchers
Constrained in their PrismCells
Trapped in the Dance 
Of the drama
Wherein they dwell
Deep in the well
In solid shells
Of their choosing
