Watching peripherally as supposed adults
Pontificate linguistically
Debating in disgust
About a debate that must have been ridiculous and disgusting
Is so ridiculously funny
And ironic and gut busting
That it shows
Undoubtedly
How the lack of self awareness
And the counterfeit dialectic
Masquerades as political opinion
Paraded by minions of a monotonous
Machine
That feeds on the emotions
Of these untethered chess pieces
That cannot see the board
Nor the black and white King
Canoodling in the corner
